Nestled off Cresthaven Boulevard in West Palm Beach, Florida, is our beautifully-maintained and comfortable community of 55 and over called Creshaven Ashley.
We have 7 Villas and a total of 418 homes, individually owned that offer 1/1, 1/1.5, 2/1 or 2/2 floorplans. Leasing is available after the first year of ownership of a unit. Units may be leased for a minimum of 3 months or longer. Our amenities include a clubhouse, a lovely large swimming pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas and an eye-pleasing mural. We also have a shuffleboard court, card room, crafts room, billiards room, exercise room, and a meeting room with WiFi access. Our large auditorium offers space for afternoon community luncheons, and games. The Social Club sponsors these events.
